Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and / or placing an order you agree to the terms set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Product Information

Gower Lavender Ltd has made every effort to show and describe their products as accurately as possible. Our products are handmade, and so slight colour and pattern variations of products will occur, and packaging may appear different due to onscreen representation of the product on the website. Gower Lavender Ltd cannot accept responsibility for these variations.

Ordering from us

Having selected the product(s), colour, size and / or quantity you wish to purchase, as part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. Proceed to the checkout and you will be directed to our secure payment gateways – Square and PayPal. All the information gathered during payment is processed by these gateways, we do not hold any credit card details.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro along with payment via payPal.

Shipping is offered at a variety of rates, and we use Royal Mail’s first class, second class, and 24-hour tracked services. Free collection is available from us in West Cross, Swansea. All orders over £50 are despatched free of charge by Royal Mail’s second class service. We only ship to the UK. We are unable to send items to territories outside the UK.

Prices on this website are shown in British Pounds (GBP). If your card / account is in another currency, your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction and exchange rates. 

Sometimes certain products are out-of-stock due to high demand, or cannot be supplied in a timely fashion. If this is the case, we will contact you (usually via email) and advise on expected delivery date for your item(s) or suggest possible alternatives. You have the right to cancel your order or request a same-cost replacement. Any increase in the overall price of your order due to other changes you make will be met by you.

Gower Lavender Ltd reserves the right to change details of products at any time, whether it be colour, size, style, price or description. 


Gower Lavender Ltd aims to despatch all mainland UK standard orders within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Post (with proof of postage). Other options are available at the checkout, and we will endeavour to post out the same day for 24 Hour Tracked and First Class orders, if ordered by 12 noon. If you miss this deadline and need the item sooner rather than later, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be as helpful as we can. If we miss these stated deadlines, we will refund your postage in full.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 10-14 days please contact [email protected] and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.

Tracking information is not sent as standard as our system does not allow for it, but we can send it by request.


If you are not completely satisfied with any of your Gower Lavender products you may return the order to us within 14 days of receipt of payment for either a full refund or exchange (refunds will be credited to your original method of payment). All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in re-sellable condition, unopened, with all packaging intact. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements Gower Lavender Ltd cannot accept the item back.

If you do need to return your item(s) please follow the instructions shown below:

1: Contact us at [email protected] to let us know whether you want a refund or replacement and the reason why.
2: Send the item(s) to our trading address (shown below), in its original packaging, using recorded delivery at your own cost. This will ensure the item is not mislaid in the post (Gower Lavender Ltd cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not make it back to us).

3: Once the items are returned, they will be checked, and as long as the item(s) meet the satisfactory conditions your refund / exchange will be granted!

What about my delivery charge? – If WE have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

We own, or are the licensee to, all right, title and interest in and to this Service, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret or trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, dis-assemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from this Site or any other part of the Service. You must not extract / use any of the content on the Site and / or Service for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us or our licensors.
