Product Information
Gower Lavender Ltd has made every effort to show and describe their products as accurately as possible. Our products are handmade, and so slight colour and pattern variations of products will occur, and packaging may appear different due to onscreen representation of the product on the website. Gower Lavender Ltd cannot accept responsibility for these variations.
Ordering from us
Having selected the product(s), colour, size and / or quantity you wish to purchase. As part of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. Proceed to the checkout and you will be directed to our secure payment gateways – Square and PayPal. All the information gathered during payment is processed by these gateways, we do not hold any credit card details.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro along with payment via payPal.
Shipping is a flat fee of £3.95 per order. Free collection is available from us in West Cross, Swansea. All orders over £50 are despatched free of charge.
Prices on this website are shown in British Pounds (GBP). If your card / account is in another currency, your credit / debit card company will convert the transaction and exchange rates.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the item(s) you have ordered and your parcel will be despatched within 2-3 days, using Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Post. Your parcel should be delivered within 3-5 days of order.
Sometimes certain products are out-of-stock due to high demand. If this is the case, we will contact you (usually via email) and advise on expected delivery date or your item(s) or suggest possible alternatives.
Gower Lavender Ltd reserves the right to change details of products at any time, whether it be colour, size, style, price or description.
Delivery
Gower Lavender Ltd aims to deliver all mainland UK standard orders between 3-5 working days, using Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Post (with proof of postage). If you need the item sooner rather than later, send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be as helpful as we can.
PLEASE NOTE, YOU MAY NEED TO ALLOW 7-10 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY DURING THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 10-14 days please contact [email protected] and we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your Gower Lavender products you may return the order to us within 14 days of receipt of payment for either a full refund or exchange (refunds will be credited to your original method of payment). All items must be returned ‘as sold’ – in re-sellable condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached. If a returned item fails to meet these requirements Gower Lavender Ltd cannot accept the item back.
If you do need to return your item(s) please follow the instructions shown below:
1: Contact us at [email protected] to let us know whether you want a refund or replacement and the reason why.
2: Send the item(s) to our trading address (shown below), in its original packaging, using recorded delivery at your own cost. This will ensure the item is not mislaid in the post (Gower Lavender Ltd cannot be held responsible for any parcels that do not make it back to us).

3: Once the items are returned, they will be checked, and as long as the item(s) meet the satisfactory conditions your refund / exchange will be granted!
What about my delivery charge? – If WE have made a mistake on an item sent to you, or it is faulty, damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
