Yorkshireman Phil has lived in Swansea for twenty years, having moved here to work for the National Trust as their Gower archaeologist. Two decades on and he is still a full-time archaeologist, currently working across Wales. Although mainly deskbound these days, Phil is an outdoorsman at heart and is in his element out on the lavender patch, waging war on our burly Gower weeds. Phil is a novice wildflower enthusiast, and is trying to learn to love more weeds than he uproots.
Phil has an Archaeology degree and several health and safety at work and first aid qualifications, making him an invaluable person to have around.
