We’re a planet first business. It’s why we started Gower Lavender and why every decision we make in our business puts sustainability at the top of the priority list.💜

We are proud to sell natural products, in packaging that is either compostable, recyclable or reusable, and which will degrade naturally at the end of its useful life. We use ethically sourced ingredients, local if we can, and we have invested in a solar array which means our products are almost entirely solar powered.

Most importantly our lavender is grown with pollinators in mind - we don’t use pesticides or herbicides, we harvest after flowering to ensure bees, butterflies and moths have had their fill, and we keep native wildflowers (aka weeds!) growing alongside to ensure plenty of forage and habitat through the year.

If you want to do one simple thing to help nature this year, let it be to allow a wild corner of your garden to grow without being mown, where weeds can flower and insects find a habitat.

This month we`re celebrating the wonderful Ffion! As it`s her birthday month, we thought we`d share some of her favourite things with you all.

💜 Favourite product: It has to be the Lavender Lemonade Soap or the Lavender Rose Hand Cream- Those 2 together chefs kiss 😘

☕️ Favourite coffee place: ⁠⁠93 bakes do the best coffee and cakes in mumbles (- but I’m more of a Guinness drinker so the vic)

📚 Currently reading: the uncanny podcast will always be my favourite thing to listen to but only when it’s light outside.

🌊 Favourite Gower beach/ walk: Basic answer, but Langland.
